Diet for Beautiful Skin and Hair

Not only for loss weight, your hair and skin need diet, diet in this topic is not you don’t give your skin and hair supplement or vitamin but you give vitamins and supplements that good for your skin and hair healthy.

Tea plant especially green tea gives so many benefits for your skin and your body. Green tea contains vitamins, antioxidant, anti-bacterial and minerals. In cosmetic industry , green tea is mixed with vitamin E and C , they can help slow aging process. That’s why, many product uses green tea as one of the ingredient for making good cream, soap amd shampoo.

5 green tea bags or several heaping teaspoons of green tea leaves
1/3 to ½ cup fresh herb, chopped (see list below for your specific skin type)
2 cups mineral water or vitamin water]

How to make it ?
Combine all ingredients in a small pot.  Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.  Remove from heat and cool.  Strain if necessary.  Apply with cotton ball.  The toner will keep for at least one week in the refrigerator.
